Clamshell comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, for any reason.
Who processes refunds
Clamshell is sold by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, so Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and the party that issues your refund. You request a refund from us (see below) and we approve it through Lemon Squeezy. If you see a charge on your statement from Lemon Squeezy, that is your Clamshell purchase.
Try before you buy
Every copy of Clamshell includes a 7-day free trial with no payment and no payment details required, so you can confirm it works for you before paying anything. The 14-day guarantee then runs from the date of purchase, separately from the trial.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, including the email address you used at checkout or your order or receipt details so we can find your order. We will approve the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Please contact us first rather than opening a bank dispute; a chargeback takes longer and we are happy to help directly.
How long it takes
We approve eligible refunds promptly. Once issued, it can take up to about 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Outside the 14 days
Refunds after the 14-day window are at our discretion, and we may decline refunds for requests that are clearly abusive or fraudulent. We do not operate a blanket "no refunds" policy.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the EU and EEA.
