Clamshell Kft. is an independent software company in Budapest, founded in 2026 by Matyas Rathonyi. We build focused tools for people who work alongside coding agents, and we use Claude across our products and daily development.
What we are building
- Clamshell for Mac: a menu bar app that keeps an Apple Silicon MacBook awake with the lid closed, so long coding-agent sessions keep running. No external display, no sudo.
- Roasted: an iPhone calorie tracker with a personality that roasts you, built on accurate logging and a diary you own. Coming soon.
